Is Capital insurance a good company?
We are shopping around for home owners & car insurance. Capital Insurance & Financial Services, LLC is coming in cheaper & with more coverage than other places. I have not heard of them before (which doesn't mean anything) but I can't find much on them on the net. Just wondering if they have been a good company for others & if you recommend them.

There are a whole slew of insurance companies with Capital in their name. But none called "Capital Insurance & Financial Services, LLC".
I'd bet you're dealing with an AGENCY there, not a company. In which case, you need to find out which companies they represent.

Why didn't Republicans tackle healthcare when they controlled the White House & Congress?
From 2000 to 2006 GW Bush was president and the House & Senate were majority Republican. This would have been a perfect opportunity for Republicans to implement tort reform and allow health insurance to be sold across state lines.
Instead all we got was Medicare Part D which was entirely unfunded and makes up the largest ever expansion of "socialized medicine" since the New Deal.
Simply because of the old cliche: "Don't bite the hand that feeds you". Today's Republicans are not the same of the days of old; but corporatist. Many of the major outspoken pundits as well as the GOP Leaders in the US Congress find the campaign war chest filled with contributions from the Medical Industries; whose Lobbyist has reached out and touch them with a handsome reward of cash. Don't believe me, do the research; I dare you!

Will company (offer letter or life insurance ) which has house adds int be used as address proof for passport?
Possibly not no - the reason they ask for bank statements or household utilities bills is because of the level of compliance these organisations require confirming your identity before adding you as a customer.
I couldn't use a HMRC (VAT) registration document as proof of address the other day!
They are very strict.
