Tenants ran off without paying, left the place in vandalism and squalor... Will insurance pay?
The tenants are clearly broke (can't sue them)... they left the house nearly ruined with breakage and feces.
Mine would not, that is what deposits and law suits are about.

Rental Car in Vancouver, BC, Canada?
I am going to rent a car in Vancouver, Canada for 10 days; I do however have a few questions:
1. I am 22 years old. How much of a surcharge per day that I need to pay to rent a car?
2. Can I use my US Driver's License to rent a car in Canada?
3. What is the cheapest rental car company?
4. What about insurance? Am I required to have/buy one?
5. Any other tips/insights that may be helpful?
Thank you!
1 your age is not a problem the charge depends on the vehicle and how far you drive. count on $45 per day inclusive
2 your licence will be accepted
3 budget rent a car
4 insurance is manditory, (about 12 to 20 dollars per day) but you can arrange rental insurance through your current policy holder sometimes, so check that out.
5 welcome to canada. enjoy your trip.

Geico nonowner auto insurance for rental cars?
I intend on driving a rental car for a couple of months. I don't own a car and never held any auto insurance in the past.
Will Geico's nonowner auto insurance be right for me? Any feedback for this insurance product? Any nonowner insurance policies I should be avoiding?
Have you compared Geico's coverage and price to the rental car company's coverage and price ? I would let that be the determing factor
