where can i find a basic car insurance quote?
i dont want to enter all of my personal information. it doesnt need to be exactly i just want like a basic calculator. i dont mind like the accident info or my car info but not my SS# and address. i just want a estimate. or is there somehow i can do it my self.

Can car accident attorney place lis pendens on a house in New York State?
IIf a vehicle is involved in an accident, and the insurance company has not settled the claim yet, and the person claiming injuries files a lawsuit against the vehicle owner, can the plaintiff place a lis pendens on the home of the vehicle owner?
I'm an insurance rep in CA... The claimant (person you hit) can not file a suit against you if you have enough liability coverage under your auto policy. As long as you we're insured during the accident, you're insurance company should handle the claim in full. Contact your adjuster and let them know what's going on. They should be able to handle it from there... as long as you have enough coverage!

Auto insurance: Found Wawanesa cheaper than Mercury?
Anyone in California find that Wawanesa is much cheaper than Mercury. For our two infiniti family the rates for 1 year was WaWa-$1150 vs Mercury ($1,650) What gives here?? Why the big disparity?
The answer is because Wawanesa is much stricter on who they will accept as customers. Mercury is more lenient, so there for, is assuming a greater risk at having to pay a claim.
