Got ticket in PA and I live in MI?
Hi,
I have received a ticket for speeding at 80 on a 65MPH..
This was my first ticket and so i am very nervous about it.
I am ready to pay fine for that but I am more worried about getting points..
How many points do i get for 15MPH more than posted speed. How can I get off with just fine. and Currently I have a auto insurance will that premium be increased..
I was told that Only when we apply for New auto insurance the premium goes up not the current policy..
Please Help me……..
Your insurance will go up and generally it is two points for a speeding ticket…you can get up to twelve before they suspend your license.
