I was just sued by an insurance company and they will levy my auto what does that mean??

over an automobile accident, They have a judgment against me.

the letter I recieved states they can levy my account, real estate(which I don't have) but anyway it also states they can levy my automobile? My car is paid for can they levy that or what does that mean?

I'm sueing the insurance that dropped me for that accident but during the meantime what can I do they levied my accounts should I contact them?
this is in California.

Talk to a bankruptcy attorney. It's possible you can file and wipe-out the judgment. Most offer free or low cost consultations. If the car value is low enough you will be able to keep it after the bankruptcy. The exact value varies from state to state.
