I have State farm insurance on my car… do they cancel the insurance instantly if its not paid on time?

I’m a broke college freshman whose parents have cut off so I can develop responsibility… There aren’t any jobs!! my phone is also due in like 2 days they should take responsibility for what they had 18 years ago!
