Auto Insurance claims! HELP?
Hello!
I’m working on a collision shop, have to work with insurance. I don’t have a lot of experiences. Can anyone give me some tips ? that helps me to win the claims!
Ps.
I have Client that insurance deny the coverage! even
when he has a full coverage! is that possible? The insurance took 3 month to investigate! the police was on the scene ( the report says the fault is of the other driver involve) but the my client wasn’t the driver on the accident it was his friend!
DO U think that’s the reason to be denial???

I would work on your spelling and paragraphs. Your inability to project a professional image will harm you in the long run. I would hire an assistant with good communication skills and you will be taken seriously in the future.
