Anyone w/a Janitorial Service or knowledge about it? Buisness minds and Smart people only!!?
My self and a friend have started our own cleaning service and we would like to clean commercialized buisness’s such as starbucks, enterprise renta car exc…and apartment complex’s.Anyhow we have everything we need to start liscense, insurance exc…but we have no idea how to price it and put in a bid to the companies. Some people say charge by the square footage but how like how much a square foot? And how should we present our buisness to companies.Any advice and or idea’s would be helpful. We’re in Atlanta Ga.
When my friend and I started cleaning together, we called all the other cleaning companies out there to see what they charged. Ask as many questions as they are willing to answer and go from there. Best of luck!

Dry Rot on window on home we just purchased?
We just recently bought a house that is 8 years old. We were measuring windows for custom blinds we wanted and my husband took the existing blinds down on the dinning room bay window. One of the windows looks like it is dry rotting on top behind the blind. I looked through the closing paper work but did not find any information for such a pre existing condition. I am new at this and not sure what to do about this. Is there anything I can do about it? Maybe contact home owners insurance (they have not sent us the policy yet so i could not check for it its allstate)? Would they cover such a thing since it was pre existing when we bought the house? Any idea? Thanks in advance.
Your or their homeowners policies will not covere it. Theirs may have but they do not own the property anymore. Did you have a home inspection prior to purchase. If you did you may have some recourse with the inspector.
But, you do not have dry rot. This is a moisture problem. Repair is of the existing damage is doubtful. Your goal now is to prevent further damage. Check the weatherstripping and things like that. How old is the house? Were they installed correctly? If the cirrent damage is severe your best option is to replace then windows.

Is it possible for a UK resident to get car insurance in the US?
I am planning to travel to the US for 2 months and was hoping to buy a car in California and drive it to New York. I have been trying to find out if will be possible to get insurance since I am not a resident of the US and it is looking increasingly difficult. I contacted Progressive Insurance company in the US and they said that I would have to have an address plus they would be unable to write a policy as the laws change between states and I would be travelling between states. Is there anything I can do to get around this?
Yes everybody can get a car insurance in the use, but watch out, very good business is being done around it so take care:
This is a good piece of work on the matter…
