property tax and home owner’s insurance?
Does anyone know the monthly average for property tax and home owner’s insurance in NYC. Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx areas.
I realize that this there is a wide range i just am curious because i am going to be looking for my first home soon. I want to know much ill be spending on other payments besides my mortgage.

About a third less than on Long Island. Property taxes say in Fresh Meadows, Queens would be about $2,500 while on Long Island it would be $8,000. As from an home owner’s insurance expect about a $100 a month.

Why is American job satisfaction at an all time low?
Could it be 8 years of republican anti labor policies
1) Incomes have not kept up with inflation.
2) The soaring cost of health insurance has eaten into workers’ take-home pay.

A large portion of the job dissatisfaction is from all of the jobs that were cut from various industries.
Many of the people not cut were told they had to pick up the work that was left by the employeees that were eliminated.
So now for the same money they are axpected to do a considerable amount of extra work.
